ive joined Facebook god I need to learn how to use it ... just got the hang of blogger lol so if im missing send out search party for me lol hugs Rose.

Hello

Been away for nearly a year now due to Health Issues. I have today opened my psp after 11 months and gosh .. the saying is if you dont use it you loose it well thats correct.

Everything online seems to have changed also with blogs.

So its a learning curve for me at my age lol. I will try to write a ftu tut in the next few days.

Home At Last

Well back home and ready to psp as they say .. got my instructions cant sit for longer than 20 mins without getting up and walking about

got my exercises from the physio-terrorist to do to try to ease the sciatica pain and strength the back muscles, at home and go to physio dept for some traction as well

and got so many tablets to take painkillers, anti inflammatory, and Amitriptyline as they reduce the nerve pain

got to go back and see them on january 19th,

What a way to start a new year thats not even began yet.

Sorry to say ive picked up a cold from my grandkids that has turned into a bad chest infection and im going to have to go into the hospital as the tablets ive been taking at home are not working.

I hope im home soon .. i hate the place
